27/02/2010- NO ACTION TAKEN!!! The shop-owner has been complaining to me too many times..

8/02/2010- Complaint forwarded to Hakim during the Mesyuarat Perlesenan Khas.Action will be taken at anytime.

Illegal stall in front of shop...

Complaint from the shop-owner selling phones..

Illegal extension has to be remove or demolish...

SCOPE OF WORK.

The nature of my job as a MBSA City Councillor is similar to a Gardener.

The role of a gardener is simple. Keep the garden clean, landscape the compound, weed and prune planted area, provide preventive measure against pest and insects, distribute fertilizers equally so that the plants can grow healthy and produce flower. It need love and attention to continue grow and flourish...

My role is keeping my area free from crime, corruption and preserve cleanliness.Developed and upgrade the status of township and implementation of LA21. As a policy-maker, we must be self-discipline, creative and committed at all time, prevent abuse of power, privileges and deviation of principles . Compliance to rules and regulations. Distribution of works and allocations in my practice of 3F; firm, fair and flexibility.

Despite the nature of our lowly-paid work, hazardous and very exhaustive, we will strive to face challenges and obstacles for our next generation. We will continue sacrificing our personal time, with our family and efforts to serve the public.
