...It came to our senses that PBT Shah Alam is proud of its surrounding and as a self-sustainable city but yet all and all we are just but a toothless authority. Imagine one can do what they like and had upperhand over law and orders. At time when I went for my routine tours of duty, I could heard one whispering of disrespect and displeasure thrown against MBSA enforcement and licensing officers for the inconsistency practices. And I had to play the arbitrary role.In this case, what happened or what transpired between MBSA and the organizer is up to your intepretation.The event organizer has even collected names and signatures of the retail shop-owners including private clinics to agreed upon having the Carnival. ( Again, this are the shop operator including the most vocal clinic doctor and a local bank who strongly object our Bazaria proposal ). I have spoken to the organizer that I had no objection to the Carnival with the condition that he obtained permit and licences ..but they just can't wait!!
Buntings are up without permits...
Parking lots are close without consideration for others...
The shop operators has no problems for the carnival
but object to our Bazaria....
Shop operators taking advantages of the situation by
occupying the parking lots...
Hawkers too....
2 parking lots taken up...
2 policemen issuing compounds and controlling the traffic.
Where are the RELA are agreed by the organizer????
I am wondering whether our BAZARIA can proceed in this manner...
