10.09.09- Visited DAP Pekan Subang Branch for the Blood Test Program.The respond was overwhelming. Well, I took this opportunity to check my blood and found my cholestrol was a bit high.Traces of blood in my urine...Probably kidney stones..( must go for thorough checkup )Must cut down on seafoods, exercise more...doctor advised.
