It has been another hard day for me.....an urgent call from the JKKK chairman that there is another illegal earthwork of about 15 acres in TUDM compound.I was told the hill area is to flattened down for development and the earth is to be carted away from there.So, the contractor chance up to sell the earth to the nearby landowner for backfilling. When this happened, the transportation of earth by road thus creating dust and dirtying the roads thus fuming up all the factories owners, restaurants and surrounding residents.
Now I understand the complaints...It is not TUDM fault or illegal earth excavation but the contractor themselves.. anyway, JPJ, Land Officers, MBSA enforcerments..they are monitoring the situation very closely..
About 2 acres of earth to be filled for land development.
