15.NOV.2009-Ahad. Semasa gotong royong diZon Bersih, Saya sempat memberitahu Datuk Bandar ttg pindaan tapak sementara.. Dia tahu semua sebab ada orang komplain kpd dia. Tapi dia suka pelan cadangan kami.Mungkin bila dia balik dari Haji, akan dia dtg dan merasmikan kws tersebut.

7.NOV.2007-Ahad. Bersama AJK MPP En.Aziz dan Majer Hj.Mustapha, kami mengunjung kawasan di mana kebanyakan penjaja tanpa lesen yang beroperasi sejak 20 tahun. Dari dahulu, samada MBSA,Ahli Majlis, Adun ke pihak PBT pun tak dapat beri kerjasama kepada mereka. Gerai-gerai berselerak dan menyebabkan jalan lalulintas dihadapan kedai-kedai.. Hari ini, dengan kerjasama AJK MPP dan penjaja tersebut, kami meninjau jalan di SP2/1 dan didapati bersesuaian dan beratur. Kami juga melibatkan Persatuan Penduduk, AJK Masjid dan peniaga kedai.Dan mereka setuju dengan cadangan tapak tersebut. Saya diberi jaminan oleh penjaja2 untuk menjaga kebersihan dan tiada kacauganggu dikawasan itu.

The hawkers has been operating since the past 15 years,
They had been operating illegally without licences.
Yesterday, together with my committees, Major.Hj.Mustaffa
and Aziz, we identified this temporary site previously used during
the Ramadhan, the fasting month.It lies between the SP Park and the
Subang Perdana 1.
This site can easily accomodates 50 stalls..
The Green Lung of S.Perdana...too bad it is not
well managed and properly maintained.
When it rain, ground will be shoddy and muddy..
The roots has to cut and ground should be levelled.
Illegal operators has been instructed to move to new
temporary site where we will help them to get the licences
and I have warned them that it is their responsibilities
to take care of the compound and maintain
CLEANLINESS AT ALL TIME!
Another illegal hawker operated by a foreigner.
According to the local, it has been rented out to the
foreigner. Everytime the enforcement officer, tear down
their stall, the next day they rebuild again....
This is the example of BAD ATTITUDE!!
Challenging and trying to outsmart the authority.
PROPOSAL AND PROBLEMS WILL BE HIGHTLIGHTED
TO DATUK BANDAR FOR FURTHER ACTION.
