( already 8 years ) build for the hawkers operating
along the then Sg.Buloh main road.
On my right...
All the 61 stalls are build and belong toMBSA.
Monthly rental charges is RM200.00 per stall.
The real problems...illegal extension without permit
to MBSA property.
Extended to the MAX!!!
Taking thing for granted!!
It has been there for so long and it's operating right under
the nose of Sg Buloh Branch!!
WHAT IS HAPPENING HERE??
This food stall is used for other business....

Why is the tenant still holding to the stall??.
MBSA should take initiative to remove the culprit
instead still allow to rent despite owing RM2000+.
Barber shop is allowed to provide their service here.
Maybe the tenant sub-rent for better deal.
The Officers issuing fines the tenants.
