behind the glass manufacturer in the same building operating
without CF.

The mooncake which is produced and packed elsewhere
before sending over here for repacking and storage purpose.
Proof to say their products is sealed and packed
from outside of this building.
But this where the problem is...the mixers is operated
here in unhygenic method. The floor is not tiled, the open
space attracts dust and exposed to the glass manufacturer.
Currently, the tenant is using this place to boil white sugars.
The DOE has requested MBSA to rejects their application.
I suggested to the owner to look at the costing.
either...
1). dismantle the equipments and go elsewhere..
2). A solution by renovating the whole
working spaces and send the proposal to DOE for approval.
I've given him 2 weeks to come out with the compliance.
Failure to follow will be subjected to seal-off and
consfiscation of equipments.
This is the glass manufacturer delivery area just by the
side of the factory.
Look at the working condition...dirty and dusty.
(That is the reason why the DOE rejected them)
The floor is dusty..probably the glass powder..
Conclusion..I hope they move out.
Otherwise, the glassy stuff will end up sticking in our liver!!
